Male aesthetic nose surgeries are perhaps one of the aesthetic procedures that require even more careful attention than those performed on females. The reason is to ensure that the male nose retains its masculine and rugged appearance even after the aesthetic nose surgery. The goal of nose aesthetics performed on men is to create noses that look beautiful but still maintain a masculine appearance. The method for performing nose surgery on men is not different from what we do for women in aesthetic nose surgery. Typically, incisions are made in the same areas for the surgery. I prefer the closed aesthetic nose surgery method for men as well. With this method, we work in a relatively less vascular area, resulting in minimal bleeding and bruising.
