Hello everyone, I also had a hooked, crooked nose with a drooping tip. It was also a bit too long for my face. I didn't like how it looked when I smiled. Hello friends, I also had surgery with Dr. Gürcan. Before the surgery, I used this platform a lot to alleviate my concerns and received many messages from social media, so I wanted to write here to help those who are considering aesthetic surgery. I'll describe the surgery from the beginning. I had a deviated septum and a bump on my nose, and I could barely breathe through my right nostril. Hello friends, I hope this post will enlighten those who want to undergo a nose surgery. It's been 16 days since my surgery, and I am back to my normal life. I had no swelling or bruising after the surgery. Everyone scared me a lot before I entered the surgery, but after meeting Dr. Gürcan, I didn't listen to anyone and decided on the surgery right away. I had been thinking about getting surgery for about 3 years, constantly researching but never gathering the courage. When I met him, the confidence he gave me was enough. I left everything to him, and the result is perfect. I can send my before and after photos privately to those who want to see. Even after the surgery, I did not have any severe pain. Hello, I know how difficult it is to make a decision, so I wanted to share my experience for those thinking about surgery. I underwent nose surgery at Ankara Training and Research Hospital. My doctor was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gürcan ASLAN. It was something I had thought and researched for years, but after meeting with Dr. Gürcan, I decided in one day and had the surgery the same week :) There was no swelling or bruising on my face after the surgery. From the moment I regained consciousness to the present, I haven't felt any pain, discomfort, or numbness. The next day, my nasal packs were removed, leaving just two small pads, and I started breathing. Apart from the splint on my nose, there were no signs that I had surgery, and I continued with my normal life. A week later, the splint was removed, and yesterday my bandages came off, and now I feel as if nothing ever happened. It was like a miraculous operation. For some people, aesthetics, but for others (like me), a health issue - excess fat on the inner thighs! After my daughter's birth, I couldn't fit my saggy belly into anything, nor could I hide it. Every time I looked at myself, I thought, 'What is this?' Choosing a doctor is a process even more challenging than the surgery itself. I spent about 2 years researching doctors, meeting with many. I also had breathing problems. I consulted with both ENT specialists and plastic surgeons. Due to other health issues, I wanted to have surgery in a state hospital. While researching online, I came across Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gürcan Aslan and checked his website and Google for articles, which convinced me he was worth consulting. I sent an email, and despite being abroad, he promptly responded. I made an appointment at Ankara Training and Research Hospital Clinic. We discussed both aesthetics and my breathing problems. I was convinced and immediately set a surgery date. My nasal concha was reduced using radiofrequency. The septum deviation was corrected. The hump was filed down, and the damaged and asymmetric cartilage at the nose tip was fixed, adding a very slight natural curve to my nose. As I have fair skin and thin skin, I was told I might have some bruising, and I did, but it was very mild. The day my bandages were removed, someone who didn't know me wouldn't have guessed I'd had surgery. I was afraid of the pain, the tampons, and the unbearable pains that were said to occur. From the beginning, my doctor reassured me that I would not have any pain. I was informed about both the positive and negative aspects before surgery, and I didn't encounter any surprises afterwards. It's been 28 days since my surgery, and even though my nose hasn't fully settled into its final shape, I'm already pleased with it. Everything I wanted for my nose has been addressed; it looks more natural than before, and even though my doctor said it was early, I can already breathe. I thank Dr. Gürcan and recommend anyone researching doctors to consider him. Once you feel confident in your doctor, the surgery will naturally follow.

My nose surgery was performed on September 17th at Ankara Training and Research Hospital by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gürcan ASLAN. The right side of my nose was almost closed due to a fall I had as a child, and I generally had to breathe through my mouth. Additionally, a hook had formed on the upper part of my nose due to the fall. The surgery for my septum deviation went well, and now, just a month later, being able to breathe through my nose is a wonderful feeling. I also thank my doctor for eliminating the hook and giving my nose its new shape. My profile has changed so much that my advice to those considering nose surgery is definitely to go to Dr. Gürcan.

Hello; I underwent cosmetic surgery 14 days ago. I had a hooked nose and was experiencing some minor difficulties in breathing. I believe that the state does not cover the costs of surgeries performed solely for aesthetic purposes. I had a breathing problem, a deviated septum, and enlarged turbinates, among other reasons, which the state covers. However, the prices vary depending on the procedure and the patient; I cannot specify an amount, but I can tell you that the cost was reasonable. Dr. Gürcan is not someone who commercializes his practice; if you meet him, you will realize he does his job earnestly and with passion. As far as I know, Dr. Gürcan performs all kinds of aesthetic operations. I did not feel any pain or discomfort in my nose after the surgery. I only stayed in the hospital for one night. Dr. Gürcan informed me about the surgery, saying I would not feel any pain. He helped me overcome my stress, saying he would use small tampons only at the tip of the nose, about 1 cm each, which could be removed painlessly in the morning during discharge. After discussing these matters with the doctor, I felt at ease and trusted him, wanting to get the surgery as soon as possible. When I woke up after the surgery, the first thing I remember was Dr. Gürcan. He came to my side, asked how I was, and I said I was fine, even though I was half-awake. I remember his sensitive and compassionate approach. My eyes were teary, and I wasn’t aware of it; he asked why I was crying, and I said I wasn’t, that I didn’t realize tears were flowing. He had taken a photo of me before bandaging during the surgery and immediately showed it to me. He said, "You have a beautiful nose now," which was uplifting during my recovery:) I was satisfied with the care before and after the surgery. Dr. Gürcan is a kind and attentive doctor.

Hello friends, I wanted to share my experience with the prominent ear surgery I underwent two weeks ago. This was the second surgery on my ears. About four years ago, I had a surgery from which I didn’t get the desired result, so I decided to undergo another operation. My surgery was performed by ASSOC PROF. Dr. Gürcan Aslan at Ankara Hospital. The only difficult part of the surgery was the slight discomfort and mild pain from the bandages wrapped around your ear and head for one day post-surgery. Other than that, I didn't face any problems; the surgery was very successful, and the results were excellent. You can even shower on the day the bandages are removed :). Currently, there is no bruising, stitch mark, or any sign of surgery on my ear, and they look completely natural. I don’t feel any discomfort either. I definitely recommend Dr. Gürcan to anyone who wants to have this surgery but has doubts. Especially with the hot weather approaching when we can't hide our hair, it's worth considering... :)

Hello friends, I had surgery on September 1st at Ankara Hospital. I had rhinoplasty, and I didn't feel any pain when I came out of surgery. I had very mild bruising for the first two days. The important thing for me was that I had no pain at all. People around me were scaring me a lot, but everything turned out as I hoped. No one can even tell that I had aesthetic surgery. Even with bandages on for 4 days, I was so happy that I went out and about. On the 5th day, the splints inside my nose were removed. Hello, I am writing both as a gynecologist and obstetrician and as a patient of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gürcan Aslan. I have always been a proponent of natural beauty and was not very keen on cosmetic surgeries until I saw my sister's nose job done by Dr. Gürcan last year. Until I decided to have surgery, I benefited greatly from the experiences of friends in the forum. My surgery was performed on January 8th at Ankara Education and Research Hospital. A 300cc High Profile implant was placed. My advice to you is to leave this decision to your doctor as well. I had been thinking about getting a nose job for years, but when I saw a friend of mine unrecognizable for a month, I had given up. Another friend recommended GÜRCAN ASLAN. He said there would be no pain at all, that I could return to work within a week, that I could breathe immediately, that there would be no bruising, and that people wouldn't even realize I had surgery, and so on. I trusted him, but I couldn't help but think he might be exaggerating a bit. I had surgery a month and a half ago, but believe me, he had told me less. I had the surgery, and I have no pain or anything else. There are no tampons. I breathed through my mouth for 4 days, and on the 5th day, when I felt like I was breathing through my nose, my world changed. There are no stitches or marks. They put on a splint for the first week, and then a few small tapes. After 3-4 days, when they were removed, the view I saw was wonderful, just what I wanted, a natural-looking nose. I tell everyone the same thing when they ask: there is no pain at all. If you don't have difficulty breathing through your mouth for 4 days, go for it. I have no regrets.
